CANOE, KAYAK, RAFT, AND TUBE RENTALS
DOE-WAH-JACK'S CANOE RENTAL - located on M-51 in Dowagiac MI, this long time outfitter plies what we consider perhaps the best paddling river in southwest Michigan, The Dowagiac.
THE TRADING POST CAMPGROUND AND CANOE RENTAL - Located on the Pigeon River at Mongo IN. The Pigeon is northern Indiana's most popular paddling river. The TRADING POST rents both canoes and kayaks, with a number of trips of varying lengths.
EAST RACE WATERWAY - Rent a raft and do some genuine white water rafting in downtown South Bend. This is also the midwest's premier white water for canoeists and kayakers.

LIQUID THERAPY CANOE AND KAYAK RENTAL - offers trips on 7 different rivers in south central MI (St. Joseph, Rocky, Prarie, Portage, White Pigeon, Nottawa, and Fawn. Trips vary from 1/2 hour to one week, and include shuttle service.
BRISTOL CANOE AND KAYAK, Bristol IN (574) 848-4465 - Operating on the St. Joseph River upstream from Bristol IN. This stretch of river, from Mottville MI to Bristol IN, is very pleasant and scenic. It is a terrific trip for inexperienced paddlers, or those just seeking a relaxing afternoon on the water.
MILLER'S COOL RUNNING CANOE RENTALS, Denver IN (765) 985-9800 - Operating on the Great White Bear's favorite stretch of river in Indiana, the Eel River between Stockdale Mill and Mexico.
PAW PAW RIVER CAMPGROUNDS AND CANOE LIVERY, Watervliet MI (269) 463-5454 - nice little Mom amd Pop campground and livery. Very pleasant paddle upstream of campground. Adjacent Country Kettle restaurant has excellent breakfasts, including Sunday buffet.

Your blog site is impressive. Nice lay out, great pics. Good job. Next time I am in South Bend I would like to hook up with some of you for a weekend paddle but at current gasoline prices it will not be this year. Wish us some rain here in Texas so I can do the planned paddle rather than pulling and walking the Colorado River from Bastrop to La Grange.
